The best way to see improvements in your symptoms is by following a dedicated hypopressive programme that teaches you the foundations of hypopressives and guides on on adding progression gradually. These programmes bring in extra exercises to support your practice by releasing tension and improving mobility in parts of the body that affect our pelvic health.
Programme sessions can be taken online or in person
121 SESSIONS
These 121 sessions are for those who want to try hypopressives, have already practiced hypopressives and want to check their postures or breathing technique or those who want to add more postures to their current practice.
The first session is 60-75 minutes and follow-ups are 45-60 minutes. All sessions come with a recording for self practice.

INTERMEDIATE CLASSES
Maintain and progress your practice with these hypopressive classes. Each class will be combined with other exercises to work on your overall strength and mobility to improve pelvic health and general health and wellbeing.
