Will this actually work for me? I've tried so many things.

Yep I had too! Hypopressives works differently to anything you've tried before. It addresses pressure management, nervous system regulation, and progressive pelvic floor training. The women who see results are the ones who commit to consistent practice. If you're ready to do that, this works.

How much time does it take?

10–20 minutes a day, 5 times a week. That's it. Most women fit it in before the household wakes up or during nap time.

I'm not very fit. Can I still do this?

Absolutely. There are options to suit all abilities and body types. We modify poses as needed but most of them are easy to execute.
