DOORS CLOSE SUNDAY 17TH MAY 〰️
Pelvic floor problems are one of the most common things women deal with.
And one of the most lonely.
You're leaking, you feel like a tampons always falling out, you’re avoiding sex and secretly jealous of all the other mums who can run after their kids!
But you keep smiling through it like everything's fine because who exactly are you supposed to tell?
Your mate at the school gates who’s wearing tight as f*ck white leggings while you’re there covering your ass with a long jumper 7 years after having kids?
Your mum who flinches every time you mention the pelvic floor?
The male GP who gave you a leaflet about kegels, told you this is normal after having kids and sent you on your way?
So you carry it quietly.
You keep avoiding the school sports day.
You miss the bus and get the next one instead of running
You wear black leggings and pads hoping the problem will fix itself.
But underneath you're exhausted from dealing with it on your own- the shame, the embarrassment, the failure.
What if you didn't have to?
IMAGINE THIS FOR A SECOND
Being in a room full of women who already know.
No backstory needed. No awkward explanation of what a rectocele is. No laughing it off or minimising it or doing that thing where you say "oh it's not that bad really" when actually it kind of really is.
Just women who get it. Who've been there. Who know what it’s like to feel their vagina 24/7, who wet themselves just running up the stairs and who’ve spent whole nights googling "will my prolapse fall out".
Women who are going to cheer you on, carry you when you're struggling, and absolutely lose their minds with you when you run those first three miles without leaking.
That's Leak Free and Lifted Together. And it will change your life. 🙌
I know this feeling. Because I lived it.
My life before hypopressives looked dramatically different.
I couldn’t even walk without leaking, I had a constant bulging into my vagina, my vagina felt loose and heavy, I couldn’t feel my pelvic floor and sex didn’t feel great either.
After trying everything I was at my wits end, investigating whether surgery was my only option. Then one last scroll across the internet led me to hypopressives.
I invested a lot of time and money into doing a course and was gobsmacked when it started working! After 12 weeks of hypopressives I was running leak-free again, sex felt great and even my husband was commenting on how different it was.
I was re-discovering parts of me that existed pre-pregnancy - I couldn’t believe it. I’m now able to chase after the kids, run up the stairs and dance at a festival without leaking.
There is no magic pill for improving your pelvic health but let me tell you something- hypopressives will give you so much more than just a functional core and pelvic floor you’ll feel like somethings missing when you don’t do it.
Here’s what your 12 weeks actually look like
Week 1 - You show up a little nervous, maybe a little emotional, and you immediately feel like you've found your people. Your nervous system settles. Your breathing flows. Your body already feels different and you haven't even left the house.
Week 3 - The leaking is already improving. The heaviness is starting to lift. You can feel your pelvic floor again and you didn't realise how much you'd missed that.
Week 6 - You're nailing the apnoea. Women are running without leaking for the first time in years. You have less days you notice your symptoms.
Week 8 - You're telling everyone about this magical practice. Your wins are fuelling other women in the group and their wins are fuelling you right back.
Week 10 - You genuinely cannot remember the last time you leaked or felt your prolapse. Two weeks to go and you know this is a practice you’ll stick to for life.
Week 12 - The oversharing has done your heart and soul good. You’ve got a stack of practice to keep you going for another 6 months and you’re heart feels warmed by the fact you’ll see these new friends in classes 🥲🙌
So what does a group give you that on-demand and 1-1 don't?
✨ It gives you accountability from the group members that actually works...
Not the "I'll start Monday" kind. The "there are 12 women logging on at 7pm and they're expecting to see my face" kind. The kind that gets you on the mat when you really really couldn't be bothered.
✨ It gives you someone to carry you on the hard weeks...
Because week four will come. And your symptoms will have a bad day. And you'll wonder if it's working. And instead of quietly closing the laptop and convincing yourself it's not for you you'll have a group of women saying "me too, keep going, I felt exactly this at week four and look at me now."
✨ It gives you the thing that isolation never can...
The moment you realise you are not broken, not alone, and not the only one who has ever Googled "will my prolapse get worse if I sneeze really hard." That moment? It changes something.
One woman's win is every woman's motivation.
When Sarah shares that she just ran 3 miles leak free for the first time in 16 years , every single woman in that group feels it in her chest. When you have your breakthrough week, you become the reason someone else doesn't give up.
That support?
You want more support than on-demand but without the 1.1 price tag.
