1x 30 minute 1.1 to check your breath work and form
12 X 60-minute weekly group sessions
Each week you’ll be guided through new postures and flows designed to improve symptoms.
Week 1 you’’ll leave feeling motivated, in control and confident in this practice. You’ll experience the immediate benefits to your nervous system, the stress will melt away, breathing will flow and your body will glow. Your pelvic floor will be better placed to take on lifting children, pushing prams, squatting or running for the bus.
By week 3 your leakage will have improved, heaviness will be disappearing and your core will feel stronger. Lifting shopping or picking up your child will feel easier and you’ll be able to feel your pelvic floor again.
By week 6 you’ll be nailing the apnea- feeling this incredible lift through your core and pelvic floor. Your diastasis gap will have reduced, you may be running with no leaks and that constant bulging will be a feeling of the past.
By week 8 you’ll be so confident in the foundational poses and flow and feel like you can’t live without this amazing practice. You’ll be sharing wins with the rest of the group which will encourage those that may need the extra nudge.
Week 10 - the time has flown by and we have only 2 weeks left together, but that’s ok because you know exactly what you’re doing! You can’t remember the last time you leaked or felt that heaviness- why don’t more women know about this!
It’s Week 12 and you feel sad saying goodbye to your new besties, you have a giggle about the stories you shared- from wetting yourself in Asda to sitting out the mums school race! You feel great about not having to worry about those problems anymore! You know exactly how you’re going to carry on your self practice and your symptoms feel like a distant memory.
