Taught by Master Trainer Lucy Warwick and certified by The International Hypopressive Council.
7 million people in the UK have some degree of urinary leakage AND pelvic organ prolapse affects up to 50% of women….
Despite these staggering statistics, hypopressives remains underrepresented in mainstream rehab and fitness in the UK. In Spain, France, Belguim and Brazil it has been a big part of urogynaecological practice for decades.
That's why it's crucial more professionals train to teach it: increasing access to hypopressives can offer a game-changing, non-invasive solution for millions, empowering individuals with tools to restore function, build confidence, and take back control of their bodies.
With the practice gaining popularity in the UK, now is the time to add this to your professional toolkit.

HYPOPRESSIVES IS THE POSTURE AND BREATHWORK PRACTICE THAT’S GIVING WOMEN THEIR LIVES BACK
For over 40 years, hypopressives has been helping women reconnect with and restore their pelvic floor, core, and supporting muscle systems.
Originally developed to support postnatal recovery—targeting issues like incontinence, prolapse, tension, and diastasis recti—this low-pressure technique is also highly effective for preparing the body for pregnancy and relieving a wide range of symptoms. It naturally calms the nervous system, helps reduce waist circumference, and enhances overall athletic performance.
The practice combines breathwork, postural training, myofascial stretching, and neurodynamic techniques. Central to hypopressives is the unique breathing method, which guides the diaphragm and pelvic floor to not only lift and contract, but also lengthen and release. Through the apnea breath—a breath hold paired with rib expansion—a vacuum-like effect occurs in the abdominal and pelvic areas, gently lifting the pelvic organs and triggering an automatic contraction of deep core and pelvic floor muscles. This powerful reflex, along with improved postural alignment and vagus nerve stimulation, supports long-term pelvic health while also promoting a calm, focused, meditative state.

Gold standard course taught by Master Trainer Lucy Warwick
I started my movement teaching career at the age of 16 when I became an assistant gymnastic coach.
For the last 8 years I have trained in and taught yoga, well woman yoga therapy, pre & postnatal yoga and Hypopressives.
My Hypopressives career began after being diagnosed with a prolapse, urge and stress incontinence and overactive bladder. The practice dramatically improved my symptoms so that they no longer affected my life.
I have since dedicated my career to womens health training in hypopressives and the pelvic floor.
I have trained with two different highly regarded hypopressive schools- LPF and the International Hypopressives Council (IHC). I have completed all 3 levels of training and have become a master trainer for the IHC enabling me to offer gold standard in-depth training courses for those that want to teach hypopressives.
I have also trained with the likes of Tom Waldron, Dr Brianne Grogan and Lauren O’hayon.
I have not only professional experience of working with those who hae pelvic floor dysfunction but also draw experience from my own journey.
