1 x 75-minute fundamentals session
This session will change the way you breath, stand and move creating instant improvements to how you feel and function. You’ll leave this session full of hope and motivation to continue this healing work.
5 X 60-minute 1:1 sessions
These sessions will guide you through unique postures that transform your pelvic health and wellbeing - stick to practicing these daily and your leakage, prolapse, diastasis recti and pelvic floor tension will be a thing of the past.
Lifetime access to supporting content
You’ll get lifetime access to videos demonstrating all the individual postures as well as varying length flows to support your self practice. Fall off the wagon and you’ll be able to get straight back on track wherever and whenever you like.

We take you from loose, leaky and lumpy to leak free, lifted and light. We will support you in transforming your pelvic health and overall wellbeing, guiding you over 6 weeks and giving you the tools to continue your own self-practice and symptom improvements.

6 x 45-minute 1:1 online sessions
These sessions continue to improve your symptoms bringing in more dynamic movement and load to challenge the pelvic floor and core so that your symptoms don’t plateau.
6 x 30-minute online group classes
These 30-minute online group classes help you integrate your practice into life beyond the programme, recorded for you to access at any time. Expect symptoms to continue improving as you really master this practice.
6 x 60-minute group yoga and hypopressive class
These hour-long group classes bring a sense of calm and community, building strength and maintaining mobility so that you can tackle all that life throws at you.
Lifetime access to supporting videos
Lifetime access to videos demonstrating all the individual postures, as well as lots of varying length flows giving you flexible content to continue your practice.

We take you from loose, leaky and lumpy to leak free, lifted and light. We will support you in transforming your pelvic health and overall wellbeing, guiding you over 12 weeks so that you see life changing symptom improvements. The aim is to have noticing improvements within 12 weeks and leaving you in a strong and confident position to carry on this practice.
FAQs
How is 1:1 different from the group programme?
The group programme is brilliant - women get incredible results and the community element is genuinely magic. But in a group, I'm coaching everyone. In 1:1, I'm coaching you. Your body, your symptoms, your compensations, your pace. Everything is built around you and only you and that's what makes the results come faster.
What happens in a free consultation?
We have a chat. You tell me what's going on, how long you've been dealing with it, what you've tried, what your life looks like. I tell you honestly whether 1:1 is the right fit and what working together would look like. No hard sell, no pressure. Just two women talking about your pelvic floor. 😊 I also give free advice in this chat to implement straight away.
How often do we meet?
That depends on which programme you choose and what works for your life but we'll figure out a rhythm that actually fits your schedule and symptoms. This is one of the big benefits of 1:1. You're not locked into a fixed class time. We work around you.
Can I do 1:1 if I've already tried other things?
Most women who come to me 1:1 have already done physio, kegels, group classes or other programmes. They've made some progress but they're still stuck with their symptoms. That's exactly what 1:1 is designed for, finding what's been missed and moving you forward from where you are right now.
Is it done online or in person?
Both options are available and both options achieve the same great results! I work with women all over the world.
What conditions and symptoms can you help with?
Stress urinary incontinence (leaking when you run, jump, sneeze or laugh), urgency incontinence (not making it to the loo in time), pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti, pelvic pain, high or low tone pelvic floor, core weakness, poor posture, breathing dysfunction, hiatus hernia. How quickly will I see results?
Most women notice something shifting within the first 6 weeks often. Real, lasting results typically build over 6 to 12 weeks depending on your symptoms and your starting point. Everyone is different and it depends what your body is doing.
What if I have a bad week or my symptoms flare?
Then you message me and we work out what's going on. A bad week doesn't mean it's not working, it means your body is talking to us and we need to listen. That's actually one of the most valuable parts of 1:1. Instead of quietly giving up when things get hard, you've got someone who can help you make sense of it and keep going.
