Your body
hasn't failed you.
It just needs
the right practice.
You’ve tried it all- the kegels, the biofeedback devices, the ‘this will fix your prolapse’ exercises! But you still feel that heaviness, that bulging, the constant chaffing. No wonder it’s always on your mind!
You know the location of every public toilet within a mile of anywhere you go
You've Googled "is it safe to exercise with prolapse" more than once
Running used to clear your head. Now it just reminds you of what's changed.
You’ve sneezed and pissed yourself- again!
If this is you, we need to talk!
Different from anything you've tried before
Hypopressives has been around for more than 40 years, and there's a reason it's still the best-kept secret in women's health.
It was originally developed for postnatal recovery, to help women with incontinence, prolapse, diastasis recti and pelvic tension but it turns out it does a hell of a lot more than that. It reduces your waistline, calms your nervous system, improves your posture and even boosts athletic performance. Women come for the pelvic floor. They stay because of everything else.
Here's what makes it different from anything you've tried before.
Most approaches to pelvic floor dysfunction tell you to squeeze. To contract. To do your kegels. Hypopressives does the opposite. Using a specific combination of breathwork, postures, myofascial stretching and neurodynamics, it teaches your body to manage pressure, not just resist it.
A technique called the apnea breath, where you hold the breath and expand the ribs, creates a suction effect in the abdomen and pelvis. Your pelvic organs lift and your pelvic floor contracts involuntarily, without you having to do anything. Your diaphragm and pelvic floor muscles learn to both lift and release properly, instead of just bracing. Your whole body starts working as a connected system again, the way it was always supposed to.
This is why it works when everything else hasn't. It's not treating a symptom. It's addressing the reason the symptom exists.

HYPOPRESSIVES CHANGED MY LIFE
I’m Lucy, the founder of Bristol Hypopressives. I came across the practice after I’d tried every other trick in the book to improve my incontinence and rectocele prolapse. My symptoms began after giving birth to my children, but a lifetime of poor posture and bad breathing habits had also played their part. I could no longer walk without leaking, I couldn’t run after the kids, I’d dread going out through fear of pooing myself, and every cough and sneeze would be a brutal reminder of how much my pelvic health had changed. I was desperate for a natural solution, but medication and surgery seemed like the only options left until I found hypopressives.
I did a 12-week programme and then developed my own self-practice, and my symptoms started improving in ways I could never have imagined before. My rectocele prolapse, which is notoriously hard to improve, has been kept at bay, and my incontinence has reduced to the point where I can go for runs or dance around with my kids - a place I never thought I’d get to.
There’s no reason we shouldn’t be able to enjoy these things after giving birth. If, like me, you’ve been living with life-changing symptoms like these, don’t lose any more time trying other methods. I’ve done that for you, and I’m excited to help more and more people reclaim their pelvic floor. Hypopressives is the one!
