Hypopressives Real Success Story

I want to tell you about Sarah (name changed for privacy), a mum who thought she’d never run again.

Sarah came to me 18 months postpartum. She'd had two babies in three years, and her body felt broken.

She leaked every time she sneezed.

She avoided running, jumping, anything high-impact.

And the worst part?

She couldn't jump on the trampoline at soft play with her kids without feeling like her insides were going to fall out.

She'd been doing pelvic floor physio for six months. She'd been doing her kegels religiously-10 reps, three times a day, just like they told her.

But nothing was changing.

When she came to me, she was frustrated, embarrassed, and resigned to the idea that "this is just how it is after kids."

Here's what we did:

Step 1: Breath

Step 2: Posture

Step 3: Hypopressives

We didn't start with kegels.

What happened:

Within three weeks, Sarah stopped leaking when she sneezed. The urgency had disappeared and she was no longer going for just in case wee’s.

Within two months, she was running again.

Why it worked:

Sarah's pelvic floor wasn't weak. It was tight and uncoordinated.

Her diaphragm wasn't moving properly.

Her posture wasn't encouraging optimal synergistic movement between the diaphragm and pelvic floor.

And no amount of kegels was going to fix that.

Hypopressives addressed the whole system.

Not just the symptom.

And that's why it works when nothing else does.

This is what's possible for your clients.

Imagine being the person who helps them get their life back.

Imagine being able to say, "I can help with that," instead of, "You should do some kegels”

Imagine the ripple effect you'll have, not just on your clients symptoms, but on their happiness,  their confidence, their quality of life.
