Keep it Up Club is for any person who has already learnt the foundations of hypopressives and wants to keep going.
It does not matter where you learnt or how long ago. If you know the basics and you are ready for expert led progression, variety and community, this is for you. 🌟
It is perfect for you if you are a busy woman who does not have time to plan your own practice and just needs someone to lead you through it.

If you are completely new to hypopressives, Keep it Up Club is not the right starting point. Come and find Lucy through her Leak Free and Lifted programmes first and then join the club when you are ready. The door will always be open.

I learned hypopressives with a different teacher. Will this work for me?
Absolutely. Keep it Up Club is open to anyone who has learned the foundations of hypopressives regardless of who taught them. Lucy's teaching style is calm, clear and easy to follow and many members find her sequencing and cueing takes their practice to a level they had not reached before.
I have not practiced for a while. Is it too late to come back?
It is never too late and there is no starting from scratch. The library has something for every level and every schedule. The community and monthly Q&A are there to support you back in without any guilt or pressure. You can find a beginners re-cap in the portal.
How long are the videos?
The videos range from short targeted flows of around 10 minutes to longer practices combining yoga and hypopressives. There is something for every day, even the busiest ones.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. No contracts, no long term commitments. Cancel any time directly from your account. If paying for the yearly membership there are no refunds after the 14 day cooling off period.
I am not sure if I am ready for the club yet. What should I do?

I’m a complete beginner what should I do?
If you are a complete beginner I suggest one of my Leak Free and Lifted Programmes first- there’s something for everyone. And if you want a taster try my beginners workshop.
